All products sold by Black Panel Audio are vintage items, typically 40+ years old. While every unit is fully inspected, tested, and serviced before listing, vintage electronics carry inherent risks associated with their age.

Every piece goes through our full service process — board cleaning, capacitor inspection, pot servicing, and DC offset verification — before it's listed.

Black Panel Audio carries commercial general liability insurance, including coverage for completed repairs, giving you added peace of mind on every purchase.

We offer a 30-day warranty on all products. This covers defects in our service work. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or power surges.
