Returns & Refunds

We sell serviced, tested vintage audio. Every unit is described honestly, bench-tested, and photographed before it ships. If we missed something, we will make it right.

30-day functionality warranty

Every component is covered against defects in the functions we tested and described, for 30 days from delivery. If a described function fails within 30 days under normal use, we will repair it, replace it, or refund you — your choice.

30-day returns

If the item is not what you expected, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. The item must come back in the condition you received it, with all accessories and packing. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was not as described.

Not as described

If the item arrives materially different from its listing (a function we said worked does not, damage we did not disclose), return shipping is on us and you get a full refund including original shipping.

How to start a return

Email pete@blackpanelaudio.com or call 702-848-5705 with your order number. We will confirm the return address and any instructions.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
