We offer Free Local Pickup for customers in the Las Vegas metropolitan area.

How It Works

Pickup is arranged directly — contact us before or after purchase to schedule an appointment.

Pickup Location

To ensure secure fulfillment, our Las Vegas pickup location address and available appointment times are emailed to you immediately following purchase in your order confirmation.

Requirements

Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email when picking up equipment.

Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully packed in heavy-duty packaging tailored for vintage audio equipment. The carrier of your choice from FedEx or USPS will be given your order and tracking information emailed to you once shipped. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. At the time of checkout, you can choose from a range of USPS and FedEx services — standard, expedited, and priority options — with rates calculated at checkout. Vintage Cooling units ship free within the United States.
